A strong entertainment roster is key to creating a vibrant atmosphere in your venue. With Hot Giggity’s Artist Search, finding and adding performers to your act roster is a seamless process. Follow these simple steps to build your entertainment lineup efficiently.

Step 1: Navigate to Connect (Search)

Log into your Hot Giggity dashboard and head to the Connect (Search) section from the side menu. This is where you can browse and discover artists for your venue.

Step 2: Input Search Criteria

To refine your search, enter relevant details:

• Profile Type: Choose Act/Band to filter for performing artists.

• Act Type: Select the specific type of act you’re looking for, such as Musician/Band, DJ, Comedy, Karaoke, Trivia, etc.

• Additional Filters (Optional):

  • Line Up: Specify if you need a solo act, duo, or full band.

  • Vibes & Genres: Narrow your results by selecting preferred music styles or themes.

  • Required Date/Time: If you need an artist for a specific event, set the required date and time.

  • Search Address & Distance: Enter your venue’s address and define a search radius to find local performers.

Step 3: Click Search

Once you’ve entered your criteria, hit Search to generate a list of suitable acts.

Step 4: Review Search Results

Browse through the search results and click on an artist’s profile to learn more about their experience, performances, and availability.

Step 5: Add Act to Your Venue Act Roster

If an artist fits your venue’s needs, click Add Act to include them in your act roster. If the artist offers multiple performance setups (e.g., solo, duo, full band), you can select one or multiple configurations.

If you manage multiple venues, you can also choose which venue(s) you want to add the act to.

Step 6 (Optional): Book Act Directly

Want to book the artist right away? Click Book Act, and a booking sheet will open with the artist’s details pre-filled. This simplifies the process of finalizing and confirming their performance at your venue.
